When things feel heavy, you can start here.
Maybe you feel down, numb, worn out, or disconnected from things you used to enjoy. Even reaching out can feel like a lot. You don't need to have the right words or a clear plan before we talk.
Room to be honest. Small steps forward.
We can make space for what your days have been like, including changes in mood, energy, sleep, motivation, and relationships. There is no pressure to sound hopeful or to make everything better at once.
I bring a warm, strengths-based approach and may draw on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and DBT skills when they fit. Together, we can notice patterns, consider what matters to you, and try manageable steps that support everyday life.
- Understand how low mood, isolation, and self-criticism may be showing up.
- Explore realistic ways to reconnect with support, routines, and meaningful activities.
- Build coping skills and check in on what is helping as we go.
A little more clarity.
What if I'm not sure it's depression?
You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out. We can talk about what you’ve noticed and what kind of support you’re looking for.
What if I need more support than weekly therapy?
We can discuss safety, fit, and whether additional services or a different level of care would better meet your needs.
We can start with a conversation.
A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to talk about what brings you in, how I work, and whether the next step feels right. You don’t need a polished explanation to begin.
